Tear my heart from my soul,
Listen to all the lies that I've been told.
Watch me crumble, watch me fold,
Watch me die, alone and cold.

Leave me here and let me go,
You have hit rock bottom, so cruel and low.
All you do is just for show,
Your soul is as dark and black like crows.

The stinging, sharp pain,
What you do is only drain.
I am free and could not be tamed,
My mind goes wild, you've driven me insane.

The touch of grass beneath my feet,
The warmth of the strong sun's heat.
The love before I can not keep,
All I feel is the cold of the street.

My body grows weak,
My mind begins to creak.
I no longer hear the eagles shriek,
I no longer hold the freedom that I seek.

On my knees I fall into the abyss,
I lose the sight of all the bliss.
How could people amount to this?
How could they not want to feel a gentle kiss?

Life for me has take it's course,
It has taken my heart and soul by force.
Humans like this show no remorse,
How could they do this to a free spirit horse?
