Something is very wrong with me...
Nervous
A lot of times I get really dizzy and weak and I feel like I'm going to pass out and it happened to me two days ago and I actually puked. 
I'm starting to get nervous now because I have no idea what is wrong with me. Some people suggested it might be that I have low blood sugar, but would that really make my stomach hurt and make me puke? I know of someone that had constant stomach pain and he had to get surgery done on his intestines. As much as I wanna be a cool kid and tell everyone I had surgery, I'd rather not have it done on my organs, lol. 
I looked it up briefly online and it could also be an ulcer. So I don't know, I'm just scared.
